If our products were purchased from another source than ourselves, you will need to contact them concerning your return.
At our discretion, we may refund your payment less shipping and handling charges if our shipment is returned to us unopened and the products remain in new condition. Otherwise, returns are only considered when our products are received by you in a damaged or incomplete state.
Return Procedures
- DO NOT OPEN the package you receive from us.
- Take a picture or pictures that clearly show the shipping label and damage to the packaging, if any.
- Email the picture(s) to dan@thegospelsunified.com. Include in the email your name and shipping address, your phone number, and the reason for the return.
- We will contact you by phone or email to discuss completing your return.
